Self Opinion:-

     I am optimistic, candid, responsible boy.  I want to do my things successfully.  I am confident with my thinking and analysis that i can able to convince my surroundings with my points.  I used to do exercise regularly to keep myself fit.  The game now iam playing is table tennis.  My hobbies are blogging.  I want to satisfy my surrounding people upto my extent and want to keep them happy.

     Things i want to improve is ,  i want to develop my technical skills, also iam working on that now by putting extra time.

Friends Opinion:-

      My friends say me as practical person as i put forward my points as outspoken.  They feel happy and secured when iam with them, since i can able to handle situations easily.  They like my helping tendancy in education and all.

 Teachers Opinion:-

     My teacher say me as an above average student in studies and good at obedience.  Also they like my participating attitude in extra curricular activities.  They say that iam good at mathematics and lovable person at class as i have lot of friends.

 Parents Opinion:-

     My parents say me as responsible boy as i support my family after degree by going to job and also they have a lot of affection over me for giving them a good name in the society.  They have belief over me that i wiill achive my aim to become a officer in armed forces, and they are giving full support for me to achieve that.

How to write stories for Thematic Appreciation Test?

These are the TAT examples.  These are my own stories, just take it as the reference friends.

"A GROUP OF PERSONS WORKING WITH MACHINES"

     Raj was the newly graduated engineer.  By his hardwork he got job in a company.  He was good in his work by finishing the tasks before the end date.  One day a big task was assigned to his team and the time limit to finish that task was minimum.  So he motivated his team members to do well and to finish the task in time.  At that time one of his team mates got ill and was in leave.  So raj took in charge and managed to finish both of their works.  With his efforts the team finished the work in time and retained their good name.

"A STUDENT REPORTING TO HIS OFFICER/TEACHER"

     Kumar was the final year engineering graduate.  Along with his studies, he was interested in extracurriculars.  Be cause of this he was the placement coordinator for his department.  Since it was the last semester, principal asked to kumar about placement of  college and students preparation.  Kumar promised principal that this year our college will get more placement offers. Like wise, he motivated his friends to apply for various government jobs and also talked to HR persons of various companies to conduct campus interview at their college campus.  With his effort more students got benefited with placement offers.  Kumar set an example as a placement coordinator for his juniors.

"A GROUP OF STUDENTS SEEING NOTICE BOARD"

     Rajesh was studious from his child hood.  He wanted to study his degree in the city college.  So for that he studied well at 12th standard and got seat in city college as per his wish.  Rajesh continued his good study in college also.  Since all of the members in the college came with good marks, all gave tough competition to Rajesh.  Though he was in the top few but not in the first. The final year came and he wanted to come first in the department.  So he put more time in study and self analysed himself and found the reason for his shortage of marks.  At last he rectified the mistakes and wrote the exam well to come first at the end of semester.  

"A PERSON OFFERING FOOD TO THE PEOPLE"

     Ramesh was the eleventh standard student.  While returning to his home from school, he heard shouting of people.  After recognizing the situation  he came to know that his town was affected by tsunami.  So he wanted to help their town people.  He collected his group of friends to rescue the affected people. After arranging shelter to the rescued people with the help of  NGO's, he wanted to give them food. So he told to his friends to prepare some food in each of their home and distribute it up to the extent.  By this timely work many people got benefited.

"A GROUP OF PERSONS WORKING IN ROAD"

 
     Vignesh was a software engineer.  He went to his grandmothers village to enjoy his summer vacation.  There he found the road condition was not good and it is a mud road wit so many pit falls.  Also he saw villagers and farmers struggling with their loads in those road.  So he collected his group of child hood friends to find a solution for this.  They collected gravel and filled the gap at the mud road.  This was some what okay for the village people.  But vignesh wanted to find a permanent solution for this issue.  He went to his Village Administrative Officer and made a written request for the cement road.  With his efforts the permission was granted and cement road was laid before the summer.  Village people thanked vignesh.   He returned to his work after the vacation with satisfaction.

SSB Medical Test

Army medical test in India
The candidate recommended by the service selection board will undergo a medical examination by the board of service medical officers.  Women candidates will undergo a medical check by a board consists of male/female doctors/gynaeocologist and medical specialists.  There will be a lady medical officer as the member of the board.  The proceedings of the medical board are confidential and will not be divulged to any one.   However the candidates declared unfit by the Special Medical Board (SMB) will be intimated by the president of the medical board.  The procedure for request of the Appeal Medical Board will also be requested and intimated to the candidate.  Unfit candidates should report to the Appeal Medical Board (AMB) within a maximum period of 42 days.  Candidates are advised to appear in the AMB well in time and should not wait for the last day given by the SMB.  Candidate are advised to  note that the Recruiting Directorate has no role to play in the Appeal Medical Board and procedure advised by the medical authorities are strictly adhered to.  Candidates declared unfit by the AMB will also be intimated by the President, AMB about procedure to challenging the finding of AMB candidates will also be intimated that Review Medical Board (RMB) will be granted at the discretion of DGAFMS based on based on the merits of the case and that RMB is not a matter of right.  Candidates will be considered medically fit only on the receipt of the approved medical documents and Directorate General Medical Services.
Pregnancy, if detected at any stage, after selection at the board or during training will debar the candidates including issue-less widow divorse from the grant of commission.

Note: The candidates are advised to undergo a preliminary medical check up in their own interest for wax in ears, DNS, defective color vision, over weight/ under weight, piles, gynaecomasties, tonsilitis,  vericocele before reporting to the interview.  The medical check up will lasts for 4 to 5 days.

Aim:-

     Their aim is not to find any disease which is currently present in the body, but also they look out for any disabilities which can be unmasked in the future.

Medical Examination conducted at Military Hospitals:-

     The series of evaluations conducted are as follows :-

1. Blood 
2. Urine 
3. Dental Check up
4. Chest Xray + Spleen Xray 
5. Eye check up
6. Ear check up
7. Throat and Nose check up
8. Surgical check up
9. External check up
10. BMI check up
11. Heart and gastroenterologist check up

Blood Analysis:-
     In blood analysis, the find any blood related diseases or any transferable diseases which is now and in future.  The blood result will give a clear picture of the diseases in body.

Urine Analysis:-
     They examine urine like blood to cross check whether we are taking any drugs to cure any of our diseases.  Since in urine, the drugs will be excreted and they easily found out this.

Dental Check up:-
     There should be minimum 28 sound dental points.  There should be no tooth scaling.

Chest X-ray and Spleen:-
     They find for any lung related diseases and enlargement of spleen etc.

Eye check up:-
     The eye check up is done by opthalamologist.  They check for the eye power and color blindness.
The eye power limit for tri services are as follows

For Army myopia should not be more than 2.5D and hypermetropia should not be more than 3.5 D including Astigmatism.
For Navy myopia should not be more than -0.75D and hypermetropia should not be more than 1.5 D.
For Airforce myopia should not be more than 2.D and sph., manifest myopia.

Ear and Nose check up:-
     Ear and Nose and throat check up are carried out by the ENT specialist. The wax should be removed from the ear.

Surgical Check up:-
     The body is checked for any surgical marks which may be a cause for rejection.

 External Check up:-
     The external check up includes, skin diseases, hyperhydrosis, knock knees, flat foot etc.

B.M.I check up:-
     The body is check for its appropriate weight, height and chest sizes.  The chest should expand minimum 5 cms while inhalation.

Ideal Age, Height and Weight (Male):-
     It should be within permissible limits (+ or - 10%) of the ideal weight as per correlation table between age, height and average weight given below.  In recording fraction lower than 0.5 Kg above will be recorded as 1 Kg.  For weight and height correlation table refer your call letter or the official army site.
Also some important things for medicals are:-

1. No wax in the ears.
2. No skin diseases.
3. Minimum 14 dental points.
4. No vision defect.
5. No hernia operation for the past one year.
6. No hydrocele.
7. No Flat foot
8. No Knock Knees
